Federal Income Tax: Constitutional?

It's that time of year again...no I'm not talking about the holidays...I'm talking about TAX TIME. Every year we Americans file a 1040, which is a financial statement telling the IRS how much money we made, and how we spent it (i.e. child care tax credit, new automobile tax credit, etc.). The funny thing is, the IRS, or federal government, does not have to send me a statement telling me how me how they spent my tax money. I feel I should know how the government spends my money.

Not to mention, the fact that the federal income tax could very well be unconstitutional. Yes, America, WAKE UP. There is NO LAW THAT STATES YOU HAVE TO PAY INCOME TAX. Watch Aaron Russo's film, From Freedom to Fascism , from this film I get the following facts:

1.) The IRS code clearly states that paying federal income taxes is voluntary.
2.) The 16th Amendment, which the IRS cites as giving it authority to collect taxes, was never ratified...
3.) The Supreme Court ruled that the 16th Amendment did not create any new taxing power for the federal government--read it on Rush Limbaugh online
4.) WAGES, i.e. your income, CANNOT BE TAXED...wages are what we laborers get in return for giving our time to the company we work for, it's an EVEN exchange...laborers DO NOT receive ANY profits from their wages, therefore the IRS CANNOT tax our wages...only our profits.

So why are we Americans paying taxes when we don't have to? Sure, nay-sayers out there may protest and say that income taxes pay for law enforcement, the military, the roads, and education...but sadly, our income taxes ONLY pay for defense. Property taxes pay for education. Gasoline taxes pay for the roads....and your income tax goes straight to the Department of Defense.

COMMENTS: Not one of these taxes existed 100 years ago and our nation was the most prosperous in the world, had absolutely no national debt, had the largest middle class in the world and Mom stayed home to raise the kids.

What the hell happened? Americans stopped paying attention. Now it's time to stop paying taxes.
